Hallochen! Dieses Lied hab ich vor ein paar Jahren schon mal aufgenommen und mit einem Video zu Ewan McGregor vereint. Ich hatte mit dem Lied und Video abgeschlossen das er meine aller erste große Liebe war und mich damit abgefunden hatte das ich ihn nie erreichen kann. Heute schwärme ich noch für ihn und er ist einfach mein persönlicher Schauspielgott, aber ich habe mit der fanatischen Liebe abgeschlossen. Das Lied gibt herrlich schön wieder das ich in den 7 Jahren (Seit 1999) meiner ‘blinden’ Liebe Millionen und aber Millionen Tränen für ihn vergossen hatte. So… I take a deep breath and chew on the insides of my cheeks as I reluctantly upload this short snippet. This beautiful song is so so so personal to me, and it’s one of those songs that sings for itself (until I butcher it, of course). Originally, I was going to set one picture as the main background for this video, but I got a little carried away… haha. I wasn’t able to put in a picture of everyone I love and cherish and adore, but I picked a bundle that made me smile/laugh. You know, those snapshots of those „moments“ with those „people“ in that „place“… Debating whether or not I should edit/finish this cover… Anyways, enjoy! I do not own this song….

Shane Walsh – Kissing – Live at The Swell Season show in LA

This was a pretty amazing moment for me. Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová the Oscar winning singer/songwriters from the movie ‘Once’ invited me onstage to play a song during The Swell Season’s show in LA. I played my song ‘Kissing’ on Glen’s famous Takamine acoustic ‘The Horse’. That’s Marketa and Glen you can see sat behind me on the steps. I got a big hug at the end from both of them and just like the movie, in real life, they are the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet. I want to thank both Glen and Marketa so much for being so gracious and receptive to me!…
